- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following items on a Sole Source basis from Concurrent Computer Corporation: a quantity of (1), Nightstar for RedHawk, N-Lock, One User, 2 CPUs; P/N WU1220-LDV2, a quantity of (1), Nightstar Tools for RedHawk - Additional User; P/N WU1221-LDV, a quantity of (1), MAXAda Development Env. For RedHawk Linux; P/N WL1507-L, a quantity of (1), MAXAda for Linux - Additional User License; P/N WL1508-L, a quantity of (1), AXI for RedHawk MAXAda - Motif/Xt/Xlib Bindings; P/N WL1590-L, a quantity of (1), AXI for Linux MAXAda - Additional User License; P/N WL1591-L, a quantity of (21), Total Monthly Software Maintenance; P/N SW-MM, a quantity of (2), iHawk Model 862 2U Rack Mount System; P/N HQ295-2R18N-2BQ14 and a quantity of (21), Total Monthly Hardware Maintenance; P/N HW-MM. The items quoted must be the exact items specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. Full and open competition is not feasible for these acquisitions. The systems being built are a function of design engineering compiled in the Integrated Warfare Systems Lab at NSWCDD. Functional capability and integration with existing Aegis baselines makes it imperative that the specific components requested are provide for continued continuity. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be 18 July 2007 at 2:00PM ET with an anticipated award date of 23 Ju ly 2007. All items will be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
