Description: NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED, AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. Project No. A-07-125, The date of the site orientation will be August 7th at 1000. The location will be at the Camp Zama main gate. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site orientation. If you are interested in this project, please contact the buyer NLT than August 1st so we will have an accurate number of Contractors that need access to the base (Zama). Please limit your visitors to 2 people per company.
