Description

This sources sought notice is issued for the planning purpose of creating multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Propane Delivery. Contractor must be a Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 454312 . The Propane is required for delivery to various down range locations at Pinon Canon Maneuver Site; Model, Colorado, 81059. A quantity of 7,093 gallons is to be delivered upon request during winter months within 24 hours, Monday Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Historical Data from three years indicates the average usage during winter months was 3,974 gallons a month depending on the weather. The propane requirement will be competed among propane provider BPA holders. This sources sought notice sh ould not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur costs in anticipation of such Blanket Purchase Agreement. To be eligible for BPA, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at https://www.ccr.gov. No Exceptions. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. To be eligible for BPA, contractor must be registered in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application), https://orca.bpn.gov.
