- Description
- The Solicitation W58RGZ-07-R-0411 is being replaced by W58RGZ-07-R-0605. The item being procured has been determined to be Commercial. The solicitation is full and open competition. The maximum quantity has been revised from 95 to 114. The Govern ment intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Five Year Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and material/parts for Overhaul of: Dual Tachometer Indicator, Input/Output NSN: 6680-01-081-9181, Input/Output P/N: SEDL-C329C, minimum quantity is 50 and maximum quantity of 114 each. The overhaul will be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement 55-6680-306, with Change 2. Al l responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 12 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 180 days ARO. Firms that recognized and perform mainte nance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items . PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. No new requests will be necessary if they were prior mailed to Pete Papasifikas. They were forwarded onto the new contact. The POC information has changed from Pete Papasifakis to Jody Byrd. The contact information is shown below. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
