Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico is soliciting qualified small business organizations to enter into a firm fixed price contract to furnish all materials and effort to renovate an existing garage maintenance building into offices. Work includes, but not limited to demolition, flooring, doors, windows, walls, mechanical, and electrical systems. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and technical expertise. The project is located at Imperial National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Site visit and Evaluation Criterial will be identified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ). The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commerical and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $31.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about July 25, 2007. The solicitation package will consist of a standard form for submission, an itemized bid schedule, specifications, drawings, and prevailing wage determination.
