- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE TAMPA, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and warehouse totaling up to 6,000 square feet of rentable space and a fenced parking area to accommodate three (3) 24' box trucks. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,000 usable square feet (usf), consisting of approximately 1,000 usf of office space and approximately 4,000 usf of air-conditioned warehouse space, available for use by the Government to house personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Please contact the Contracting Officer listed below for additional special requirements associated with this solicitation. LOCATION: Space must be located within a 20 mile radius of Tampa International Airport. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. TERM: The lease term will be five (5) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first three (3) years with 60 days written notice. The Government also desires two (2) one-year renewal options. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by July 27, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
