Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and testing devices necessary to replace the HVAC controls for East AC Unit 20 and new zone controls for East AC Unit 23 at National Gallery of Art (NGA). Specific work requirements include the demolition of existing HVAC controls and the installation of new Lonmark certified sensing, control and actuating devices. In addition, all new controls shall be integrated into the NGA?s Building Automation System (BAS) centralized computer system.
