Description: The Defense Logistics Coordination Office (DLCO) will be issuing a solicitation on or about 27 July, 2007, to purchase the services of a minimum of 20 personnel to provide Administrative and Other Support Services. The contract resulting from the solicitation will be 5 years in length, consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. A time and materials contract will be awarded on a competitive basis to one Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB). This effort is only open to those companies that are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as an SDVOB. The successful offeror must possess a Top Secret Facility Security Clearance or partner with a company that possesses a Top Secret Facility Security Clearance.
