Description: FDA intends to negotiate on a non-competetive basis with the University of New York for collaborative studies based on the Genetic chartacterization of HIV-1 strains from Cameroon and the implication in HIV diagnosis. The period of performance is a base period of 12 months with an option for an additional 12 months. This sole source is based on the unique credentials of the New York University to provide scientific and clinical expertise in these studies. There is no written solicitation for this requirement. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered as a solicitation. An award will be made using simplfied acquisition procedures.
