- SIR Description: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western-Pacific Region; hereby announces its intention to solicit a Request For Offer (RFO) to purchase office furniture for Las Vegas Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 423210. A Request for solicitation package must identify the SOLICITATION NUMBER (DTFAWP-07-R-01367) and must be requested in WRITING or via FACSIMILE at (310) 725-6842 or email Derrick.CTR.Gregory@faa.gov. VERBAL OR TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED. All solicitation requests must be received no later than THURSDAY AUGUST 6TH, 2007 at 10:00 am. Any request of a solicitation after this date, regardless of how transmitted, WILL NOT BE HONORED. The solicitation for this project will be issued on or about THURSDAY AUGUST 9TH, 2007. If you choose to respond via e-mail, the FAA will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of your response. VERBAL OR TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED. Any request for RFO received after August 6th, 2007, regardless of how transmitted, will not be honored. The RFO for this project will be issued on or about on August 9th, 2007. Solicitation packages will be given to the first 10 firms that respond. Please note that this is a fully open competitive solicitation. The FAA may make award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the Best Value to the FAA.
