Material: Approximately 80% B50TF76 CL-C (Rene 41) and 20% B50TF219. Dimensions are approx 7,500 inches long and 2.125 inches wide and 0.044 inches thick. The current best estimated quantity (BEQ) is 1,944 ea. Ranges will be solicited. Approximate ranges will be: 486-1396, 129-2106, 2107-2916. Destination: FB2039, Tinker AFB, OK, 73145-9013. Delivery: 150 per month beginning 30 APR 2008 until complete Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. Drawings/Data for this part is export controlled through www.FedTeds.gov. The solicitation is approved for release only to U.S. contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. First Article Government Test May be required. Note:??An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
