- SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The US Government intends to procure a Shelving /Storage system at availability of funds. For detailed description see Attachment # 1, Item Description. The contractor is required to deliver and install the shelves in accordance with Attachment #1, Item Description. All labor, materials, machines and tools required in performance of the contract shall be provided by the contractor, including delivery, unloading and installation. Disposal of packaging and waste material is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor shall provide technical drawings in case of a different setup of the shelving system as prescribed in Attachment # 1. NOTE: A SITE VISIT HAS TO BE CONDUCTED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A QUOTE. PLEASE CONTACT MR. RUPP AT +49-631-3406-2097 or MR. KOHL AT +49-631-2093 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE WEEK OF 23-27 JULY 07.
