Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number W912GY-07-T-0042 must be referenced in your response. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 E ffective 30 June 2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20070531 Edition. The Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for this service, which will be effective for the period of on or about 01 September 2007 through 37915201August 2010. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this synopsis/solicitation is 331111 and the associat ed small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is to establish Sources of Supply to provide welding materiel to Sierra Army Depot in support the Mission programs. Sierra Army Depot will request required parts. Estimated Delivery Dates will be negotiated between Sierra and vendor upon request of parts. An Implied warranty will automatically take place off all parts received. Soapstone Interested contractors shall quote parts relevant and submit current prices. This is not an inclusive of all items to be acquired under this agreement. This list is intended as a sample of types of parts only to obtain a cost analysis. The Government re serves the right to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements with a maximum estimated value of $500,000.00 for the life of each Agreement and to repeat the solicitation process when the maximum estimated value has been exceeded. Individual order s will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. The Government reserves the right to issue orders at less than $3,000 under established BPA, without further competition. All orders over $3,000 will be rotated among all firms awarded a BPA as a result of thi s synopsis. The Government reserves the right to award additional BPAs or release firms after the award of the initial Blanket Purchase Agreements. This combined synopsis/solicitation serves as the entire solicitation.
