Description: The Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract to furnish and install a quantity of one brand name or equal to Greyline Ultrasonic Open Channel Flow Meter with NEMA 4x watertight and corrosion resistant enclosure for Youghiogheny Lake, Confluence , PA. The unit will be over the existing influent parshall flume. The unit will display flow rate in gallons per minute as well as totalized flow in gallons. The unit is to be installed at Tub Run Sewage Treatment Plant for compliance with DEP requireme nts. The plant is in a remote area and power surges and failures are common in this area and a flow meter that can withstand these harsh conditions is required. Projected start date August 1, 2007.
