Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make an award, using simplified acquisition procedures, for a pilot study of historic land cover change in the Chesapeake Bay watershed to study the relationship between land cover change and water quality trends using Landsat data. We expect award to be made before September 30, 2007, and offerors are requested to submit timeframes for accomplishing the work as part of their proposal. Any responsible source with a valid DUNS number and that are registered in the CCR may submit a proposal in accordance with RFQ 07ERQQ0148. The statement of work includes a drawing which is available upon request to fjones@usgs.gov. The closing date of the solicitation is 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, August 7, 2007. The NACIS code is 541360. Questions regarding the RFQ must be directed to Felton Jones via email, fjones@usgs.gov.
