Response Date is changed to 7/23/2007 at 12:00 Eastern. Questions and answers: Q1. The SOW ask for MM 3.1 to 4.0 upgrade, please verify that you are request MM 1.1 to 3.1 upgrades (MM 3.1 is the current release)? A1. We can word it to read 'the latest release'. Sometimes a new version is available between the time the SOW is created and actual installation. Q2. Please verify that there exist two MM release 1.1 systems, one in St. Augustine and the other in Starke, FL? A2. Correct. The Saint Augustine site has two servers which act as one system and CBJTC has one server. Q3. Would you like us to also quote the Avaya SSU, Software Support and Upgrades, which provides remote engineer support and free upgrade software for 3 years? This would provide the MM 4.0 when available. A3. We are only interested in one year support. Q4. For one MM system to be integrated with the two PBXs the integration will need to be T1/Q.SIG. Is the existing switch integration at each site T1/Q.SIG? A4. All three sites utilizing MM are under one PBX. We used to have three PBX systems, but the last upgrade to the PBX combined all systems into one. Q5. How Many ports in each MM system exist today? A5. Voice Mail Domain 1 (located in saint Augustine) has 48 ports. Voice Mail Domain 2 (located at CBJTC) has 24 ports. Q6. How many mailbox licenses exist in each system today? A6. VMD1 has 300 license. VMD 2 also has 300 licenses. Q7. What is the software release of the existing S8720 and S8500 Communication Managers in St. Augustine and the other in Starke, FL? A7. Both have Cm 3.0 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUL-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
