- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F3CTMG7191A001 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. (iv) Notice: The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332999 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. (v) Contract line item number 0001 is for a cable trailer consisting of 2 - 12,000lb axles w/electric brakes, dual wheels, heavy duty wheels and 16" heavy duty tires plus a spare, Three cylinder air cooled Deutz diesel engine with glow plugs, electric start rated at 46.2 HP at 2800 RPM to run hydraulics, hydraulic leveling arms, self loading arms w/spool locking device in place, spool trailer to handle 78" thru 108" dia metal spools up to 72" wide, trailer to handle a spool up to 16,000lbs, will allow to spool cable forward and reverse w/variable speed control, control panels plus 50' heavy duty electric S.O. cord, foot pedal for spooling cable, tool box 18x18x24", gooseneck coupler to couple to a semi truck, hydraulic resevoir heater FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is 300 Minuteman Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705. (vi) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (vii) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ?Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors.
