- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Acquire five (5) Dell PowerEdge 2950 servers and one (1) Dell EMC DAE2P SAN Disk Array This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and a written solicitation will be issued to interested offerors. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), number H94002-07-Q-0057. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside in association with NAICS Code 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. The TRICARE Management Activity intends to solicit and award one single firm-fixed price purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The use of an equal or other brand name product shall impair the overall integrity and performance of the established and certified network with a high probability of mission failure.
