- Description
- The contractor shall provide professional technical support services to include all management, personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and any other items and services not government-furnished. All baseline costs shall be accomplished using the current version of COMPARE software. Contracted resources shall assist in preparing and maintaining supporting documentation required for the Continuing Government Activities (CGA) Handbook, training, professional technical services and A-76 competitions. Contractor resources shall provide support, advice and guidance on all plans, processes, documents and deliverables, as well as analytical and editorial writer services as required. Contracted resources shall be required to travel to government offices including, but not limited to, DDC Headquarters, New Cumberland, PA; DLA Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, VA; other DLA Activities; other Service Activities; and any of the Defense Distribution Center depots (CONUS or OCONUS). Contracted resources shall provide sufficient copies of all documentation as determined necessary by the Contracting Officer Representative using Microsoft Office 2003 or compatible. The Defense Distribution Center is seeking offeror's to perform the above functions on a best value basis. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 3 Aug 2007. The resultant contract will be awarded on an all or none basis as a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Time and Material contract line items. The term of the contract consists of a one year base period and four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code and Size Standard is 611430 and $6.5 million, respectively.
