- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), no. 0124-562628. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for (40) ATVs and (200) Motorcycles. The Department of State intends to purchase 40 ATVs and 200 Motorcycles. The ATVs and motorcycles shall have both on and off road capability. See below specifications on both the ATVs and Motorcycles. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotation meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for the below specifications. Specifications Motorcycles: Engine: 249cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, liquid cooled, DOHC, 4-valve Bore Stroke: 77.0 x 53.6mm Fuel System: KeihinT FCR37MXS (or equivalent) Lubrication: Semi-dry sump Ignition: Digital AC-CDI Transmission: 5-speed Final Drive: #520 chain Ground Clearance: 350mm (13.8 in) Suspension Front: Telescopic, cartridge-type, 16 compression & rebound settings, 11.8 inches, 300mm of wheel travel Suspension Rear: Link-type, spring preload fully-adjustable, 16 compression & rebound settings, 310 of wheel travel Brakes Front & Brakes Rear: Single hydraulic disc Fuel Tank Capacity: 7.5 liter (2.0 gal.) Specifications ATVs: Engine: 398cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-valve, TSCC Bore Stroke: 90.0 x 62.6mm Fuel System: Mikuni BSR36 (or equivalent) Lubrication: Dry sump Ignition: Digital/transistorized Transmission: 5-speed, with reverse Final Drive: # 520 chain Ground Clearance: 265mm (10.4 in.) Suspension Front: Independent, double A-arm, fully adjustable preload, compression & rebound damping, 8.5 inches of travel Suspension Rear: Linkage-type, gas/oil damped, fully adjustable spring preload, adjustable compression and rebound damping, 9.1 inches of travel Brakes Front: Dual hydraulic discs Brakes Rear: Single hydraulic disc Fuel Tank Capacity: 10 liters (2.6 gal.)
