Description

Architect Engineering Services required to provide complete design and construction period services for Project 568-07-291, Building 4 HVAC Improvements; Project 568-07-292, Building 3 HVAC Improvements and Project 568-07-293 6A HVAC Improvements at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. These projects will install an air handling system to provide heating and cooling and will replace the existing air handling systems in these buildings and areas. Buildings 4 and 3 have three floors and attic spaces with each level having approximately 6,143 square feet. Project 568-07-293 6A HVAC Improvements is only for the second floor and has approximately 6,143 square feet. All buildings were constructed in 1907. Construction estimate for all three projects is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Area of consideration is limited to a 200 mile radius of Hot Springs, SD. Interested parties are to submit a current SF 330 for review and consideration by close of business August 17, 2007 to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), VA Black Hills Health Care System, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747.
