- Description: This is a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A written solicitation will be issued. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, services, requirements identified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The location of services to be furnished by the contractor will be at the James A Haley Veterans' Hospital File Room (13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd Tampa, Florida 33612) and at the New Port Richey Outpatient Clinic File Room (9912 Little Rd. New Port Richey, FL 34654). The expected completion of project is 90 days. This Contract requires supervision of contract employees on site to assure confidentiality and security of patient information as well as timely and responsive quality servicesSubject to availability of funds.
