- This Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) is to inform that the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to The College Board. This will be a firm fixed price purchase order to provide a student listing. Listing will include the names of students who took the SAT during the winter and summer cycles, received at least an 1150, had a minimum grade average of 90%, were US citizens, in the top 20% of their class and are graduating in 2007. The College Board is the only company that can provide the names and address data for the SAT-tested students. If there is a business that can provide the above information please respond to this notice before 4:00pm CST on 25 July 2007 to victor.victoria@maxwell.af.mil. If no responses are received, an award will be made to The College Board.
