- NUMBERED NOTE (22):In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b) (1), Limited Sources , the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Contract Center of Excellence (CCE), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source Bridge Purchase Order to The Wexford Group Inte rnational, Inc., 8618 Westwood Center Drive, Suite 200, Vienna, VA for managerial and analytical support to The Army Asymmetric Warfare Organization (AAWO). Procurement of the follow-on requirement is currently under Solicitation No. W91WAW-07-R-0045. Spec ific items required for this Bridge Purchase Order are analyze DOD Directive 2000.19E which establishes the JIEDDO and designates the Army as Executive Agent for their support; prepare assist in the coordination approval process of a concept plan and TDA a s authorization documents for the AAWO; prepare statements of authority for appropriate signature that informs the Army of the AAWO's existence, its scope, responsibilities and capabilities; develop an MOU/MOA with the JIEDDO on the relationship, roles and responsibilities of the JIEDDO and the AAWO; develop a Users Guide and Briefing Book that will explain to the Army Staff (ARSTAF) the roles, missions, functions and staff coordination requirements of the AAWO; assist developing job position, duties and ti tles to support the AAWO and its subordinate staff divisions. The period of performance will be a one (1) month base and two (2) one month option periods. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may provide written notification to the Point of Contact (POC) not later than July 25, 2007. Supporting evidence must be furnished in SUFFICIENT detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source award. Responses are due no later than 8:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, July 25, 2007.
