- The 106th Rescue Wing (106th RQW) of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York is seeking a contractor that will provide all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, materials, expertise and supervision necessary to perform Dive Master and Maritime Operations support services. Performance is for a period of six months (6 months). The services will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-07-T-0014-0001 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18, effective 30 June 2007.
