Description

This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned small business concerns. The work includes Removal and Replacement of Suspended Ceiling with new light fixtures and Removal and Replacement of Carpet in Building 148, Naval Hospi tal, Beaufort, SC. Note: There are 64 sleeping quarters in this facility and the room size is approximately 12 ft. X 13 ft.-2 in. The project will be solicited and procured using a Low Price Technically Acceptable Request for Proposals (RFP). MAGNITUDE OF WORK is $100,000 to $200,000. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) Homepage (https://www.fedteds.gov/)in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of offeror to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 13, 2007 with proposal due on or about September 13, 2007.
