Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K02-07-R-00107 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112 and the SIC code is 3841. The small business standard is 500. This is a Brand Name or equivalent Sole Source requirement. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name products. All Offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Regis tration (CCR) program. The CCR can be accessed at Internet address: www.ccr.gov/. Confirmation of CCR registration as well as NAICS code designation will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Med ical Center,HI intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
