Description
The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00060 is to provide answers to questions for this RFQ. 1. Is there a preset schedule in place for the training? The work can begin in August or September 2007. 2. Will all the training be in the same location? All of the training will take place in Region 6 Dallas office. 3. What are the anticipated class sizes? EPA has a pool of approximately 90 managers, supervisors and team leaders. The Region has 16 senior managers that consist of Deputies and Directors and the Regional Administrator. 4. Will all employees participate in the training? All employees are encouraged to participate but it's not mandatory. 5. Will the vendor be required to reserve training space? Training space will be provided by EPA. 6. How many training session are expected weekly? Monthly? EPA Region 6 anticipate the presentations to be delivered every other month to once a month. 7. What method of payment is preferred? Direct deposit. 8. What is the normal pay schedule after submission of invoice? Payment is issued within 30 days of receipt of invoice approval by Project Officer. 9. Are there specific skill sets which the EPA would like addressed? Please see Statement of Work. 10. Will vendor need to provide special training aides for employees with disabilities? No. 11. Will vendor be required to provide lunch for participants? No. 12. Will vendor be able to store flyer's, brochures, and training materials on job site? Material may be stored on site up to two weeks prior to a training event and two weeks after a training event. 13. How many participants are expected at each training sessions? EPA has a pool of approximately 90 managers, supervisors and team leaders. The Region has 16 senior managers that consist of Deputies and Directors and the Regional Administrator. 14. Will vendor have access to TV displays for video presentations? Yes. 15. What is the preferred time of day for each training session? Early morning starting as early as 8 AM and no later than 9:00 AM or in the afternoon starting at 1 PM and ending by 4 PM. 16. What is the preferred length of time for each training session? Presentations will range from 1-2 hours depending on the topic.
