- The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00058 is to provide answers to questions for this RFQ. 1. Will coaches have access to performance data on executives being coached? The executives are encouraged to share their most recent 360 survey with their coach but it is entirely their decision if they choose not to. 2. How will the coached executive?s supervisor be involved in the process? The executive supervisor (Deputy Regional Administrator) will monitor the coaching program to determine if the coaching is having an impact on the executive managers. 3. What will be the opportunities for coaches to interface with senior EPA leaders to make sure coaching is well aligned with critical EPA goals and objectives? The coaches will have direct access with EPA's executive managers to ensure that the coaching is alignment with EPA goals and objectives. 4. How many executives will receive one on one coaching? 10 5. Will it be possible to schedule those executives on 1 or 2 days (back to back scheduling) for on-site coaching in order to avoid additional travel expenses? Scheduling the executives coaching sessions on 1 or 2 days (back to back scheduling) is cost effective and is certainly recommended. 6. How often will coaching onsite take place? This depends on the schedules of the executives and the coaches. 7. Is it OK to recommend a combination of on-site and phone coaching? Please see the Statement of Work. 8. When specifically will the work begin ? as the RFQ states award date is September 2008 yet it also says work could begin as early as August 2007. The work can be begin in August or September 2007.
