- The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00058 is to provide answers to questions for this RFQ. Since this is an RFQ - do you still require all six pages of the RFQ document to be filled out? Or only the first two pages to show pricing? EPA requires all 6 pages. 1. This is being called an RFQ, however, we are being asked to submit an actual technical proposal. Is this an RFQ or an RFP? This is an RFQ. On the first page of the RFQ blocks 6 and 10 are contradictory - showing two different due dates - which is correct? The correct date is July 30, 2007. 2. Can you confirm that the contractor is expected to secure the venue (and all expenses) for the retreat? That is correct. 3. How many brown bag lunches do you anticipate? The brown bag sessions will be determined by senior staff. The brown bag lunch sessions can range from anywhere to 3-12 times per year. EPA will provide the books and the books will be chosen in consultation with EPA's senior management and the executive coach. 4. What book is the EPA providing for the brown bag lunches? See response above 5. You mention wanting diverse coaches. Are you looking for multiple vendors or one vendor with a staff of multiple coaches? We are looking for one vendor with a staff of multiple coaches. 6. Page three, number two of the SOW mentions 'occasionally present presentations to the 60 - 100 MIT' - can you be more specific about exactly how many presentations and the number of participants so that we can prepare an accurate cost for this item and materials. The executive coaching will include 10 managers from the senior staff. EPA has a pool of approximately 90 managers, supervisors and team leaders. The Region has 16 senior managers that consist of Deputies and Directors and the Regional Administrator. Meetings and presentations will be provided to members of senior staff and occasionally the vendor may be asked to conduct a presentation to EPA's management. The vendor may be asked to provide approximately 4-6 presentations to the EPA's management chain. 7. How long are the above presentations and what topics are you looking for? Do you want customized topics or pre-developed topics? The expected length of presentations is approximately 1-2 hours. The topics can be customized or pre-developed topics if it up to date and relevant to our organizational goals and objectives.
