Description: The Library of Congress, Congressional Research Services (CRS) requires the services of a contractor to provide for consultant for the Development of an Account Representative Function. Statement of work will be download under a separate cover. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Arneen Dozier via email at adoz@loc.gov. Proposal are due August 14, 2007 by 2PM EST. Proposal must sent in two separate volumes: Volume 1 - Technical and Volume 2 - Price. The Library reserves the right to award without discussions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Library.
