- The purpose of this modification is to change the initial due date for receipt of first selection proposals from 13 August 2007 to 4:00 PM (Arlington VA local time), 20 August 2007.In addition, the Proposer Information Pamphlet, Paragraph 2.2.1, Physical Measurement Table is changed to reflect an Accuracy Goal for Blast Pressure, in the 50-150 range of +/- 5 psi versus msec.
