Description

The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a sole source procurement to Mariposa School for Children with Autism under authority for FAR 6.302 to provide comprehensive special education services that include one-on-one instruction in language development and behavior that utilizes the Verbal Behavior curriculum developed by Mark Sundberg PhD and James Partington PhD. These services are required in support of Fort Bragg Schools, Fort Bragg, NC. The Mariposa School is the only known source local to Fort Bragg that meets DDESS's requirement for these special education services in a classroom environment at their facility. This is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no Solicitation. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DDESS's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 1:00 P.M.
