Description: The Pecos-Las Vegas Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest plans to treat 250 acres in Block A of the La Cueve Fuel Break. The treatment includes a commercial and pre-commercial thin on 110 acres and a pre-commercial thin on 140 acres. Slash disposal is required on all 250 acres. The project is located in San Miguel County of the Santa Fe National Forest. The legal description for Block A is Section 34 and 35, T17N., R11E and Section 2 and 33, T17N., R11N.
