- This is a synopsis of a requirement for dockside repair. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number HSCG80-07-Q-3FAT36. 100% Set-A-Side for Small business. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to perform the following for USCGC DALLAS (WHEC-716) homeport is in Charleston, SC. All work will be performed at the homeport. 1. Renew #1 MDE Lube oil Filter Housing. Performance period of seven (7) days, primary date is-Week of August 06, 2007 or Secondary date ? Week of 13 August 2007. The RFQ package and Specifications will be available electronically on or about July 24, 2007.
