Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase to Trek Diagnostic System for Services, non-personal to: PROVIDE RENTAL EQUIPMENT AND REAGENTS FOR THE VERSATREK 240 ANALYZER. Trek Diagnostic System has been identified as the only responsible source able to provide this Service. All Items are to be delivered to David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 423450 applies. SIC 5047 applies. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. No legal liability on the part of the government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. .
