- Description
- Item name Connector Receptacle for NSN 5935-00-862-9877. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for items from the approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approve sources are: General Motors Corp. (24617) P/N 6792118. Rolls-Royce Corporation (63005) P/N 6792118, and Allen Aircraft Products Inc. (82829) P/N 354720. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract requirement (one year requirement with two 365 day options). The requested delivery for the production quantity is 170 days ADO. The FOB and inspection/acceptance is at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of August 7, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. There will be various increments solicited: 50 each to 74 each, 75 each to 99 each, 100 each to 249 each and 250 each to 499 each. This will be an unrestricted RFP.
