- THIS SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: For the base year, the minimum is 20,000, and the maximum is 100,000. For each of the three option years, the minimum is 10,000, and the maximum is 100,000. This solicitation covers an unrestricted acquisition Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewman?s (CVC), UCP. NSN 8415-01-535-0038(s). The base year is for min 20,000/max 100,000. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with min 10,000/max 100,000. Applicable specification is MIL-C-44077C dated 27 November 1990 with pattern dated 25 January 1988. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, Industrial Mobilization/Surge Capacity, Socioeconomic Plan, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreements, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act.
