- Description
- Demolition and removal of old toilet building(s), septic tanks, and appurtenances. Construction of a pad for the placement of new toilet building(s)(supply and installation of new toilet building(s) by others). Locating the septic tank and distibution box for Toilet #2888. Pumping and removal of old septic tank, and installation of new tank, and hookup of new system to existing drainfield. Final grading around new toilet building, paving of walkways. Installation of two Government-furnished gates. Contractor may use existing utilities, including water, and toilet facilities. Contract time is 45 calendar days with an estimated start work date of September 15, 2007. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on August 8, 2007 and offers are due August 28, 2007.
