- Description
- The Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forests located in Central Northern Washington State has a requirement for two precast, double-unit, vault toilets and two precast, single-unit vault toilets. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, supervision, workman?s compensation, unemployment insurance and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. The Contractor shall furnish and install (including excavation) two double-unit and two single-unit, precast vault toilets. The installation includes four concrete pads, crushed aggregate path construction, individual tree removal and removal and disposal of four existing toilets. The project is located in several campground sites on the Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forests. The locations are as follows: Lost Lake campground is located on the Tonasket Ranger District in Section 29, T39N, R30E approximately 26 miles northeast of Tonasket, Washington; Oriole campground is located on the Tonasket Ranger District in Section 25, T36N, R24E approximately 3 miles north of Conconully, Washington; Fox Creek campground is located on the Entiat Ranger District in Section 13, T28N, R18E approximately 27 miles northwest of Entiat, Washington; and Silver Falls campground is located on the Entiat Ranger District in Section 2, T28N, R18E approximately 30 miles northwest of Entiat, Washington. Work is estimated to begin on September 4, 2007 with a 365 calendar day completion time. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about August 1, 2007. Quotes are estimated to be due August 28, 2007. The actual due date will be listed in the solicitation. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS code is 238120, size standard $13 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at this site on the issue date.
