- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Coordinating Center for Infectious Diseases (CCID), National Center for Zoonotic, Vector-borne, and Enteric Diseases in the Coordinating Center for Infectious Diseases (NCVZED), Division of Viral and Rickettsial Diseases (DVRD) is seeking to award a sole source commercial contract for Bio-Plex Protein Array 200 System + HTF, 100-240V. The system includes the Bio-Plex 200 Reader, Bio-Plex 200 Microplate Platform, Bio-Plex HTF, Computer, flat screen monitor, Bio-Plex Manager 4.1, Standard Edition Software, Workstation License, Calibration Kit 4.0, MCV Plate III, Sheath Fluid, and Installation. The Government has determined that Bio-Rad Laboratories is the only responsible source for this requirement. Bio-Rad is the only distributor if this equipment and the specified equipment are required to ensure software compatibility with already existing lab equipment. The Government intends to Request quotes on 08 August 2007, with award by 31 August 2007. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
