- Solicitation is extended. See Amendment 0003 The Program Support Center, (PSC), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is conducting an 8(a) competitive procurement requesting proposals for region-wide on-going management, and intermittent technical, and administrative support services to the ten DHHS regional offices located throughout the country. The regional offices are located in the following cities: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco, and Seattle. The Contractor shall provide experienced and qualified customer support staff to perform management, administrative and technical support services, which shall primarily encompass support for the following: Facility, space planning, maintenance liaison, and personal property support services, telecommunications, office automation, mail, miscellaneous administrative services and other support services. This is a Performance Based Acquisition with a period of performance of one year and four, twelve month option periods. All responsible parties may submit an offer which will be considered for award. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available as the Federal Business Opportunities website provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning this solicitation, including modifications and amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information concerning this solicitation. The solicitation will be available electronically, no solicitations will be mailed. Contractors are encouraged to sign-up, on the fedbizopps.gov website, for email notification of all actions relevant to this solicitation, and on the interested vendors list, also listed at the bottom of this announcement. A Pre-proposal Conference will be held on July 9, 2007, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the following location: Department of Health and Human Services, Parklawn Conference Center, Potomac Room, 5600 Fishers Lane Rockville, MD 20857 Visitors are required to have an official picture identification to present upon entrance. Please e-mail anne.hunt@psc.hhs.gov at least 48 hours before the conference with the names of individuals who will attend to receive further instructions. This requirement falls under the North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 561110 and the small business size standard for this NAICS is $6.5 million. All questions and answers associated with the Pre-proposal Conference will be posted to www.FedBizOpps.gov as soon as possible. Offerors will be given an opportunity to submit questions electronically, prior to the Pre-proposal Conference. Please submit questions to anne.hunt@psc.hhs.gov by 2:00 p.m., July 6, 2007.
