- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) intends to contract with Parking Management, Inc, for firm, fixed rate 20 parking spaces in the secure parking facility for executive/management, handicapped staff and rideshare groups located at 2221 South Clarke Street, Arlington, Virginia, for a period base of 12 months and one 12 month option period. Service will be provided to: USCIS, Verification Division, 2221 South Clarke Street, Arlington, Virginia 20036. This contract is for goods or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Parking Management, Inc under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
