- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2EE18F7178A0010, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-18. The award is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry classification system (NAICS) code is 333314, the small business (SB) standard for this code being 500 employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: The contractor shall furnish 70 each NSN 5855-01-513-7561, Image Intensifier, Night Vision, FOB Holloman AFB, NM, no later than 15 September 2007. Quote for this line item shall contain list of all items included in kit. CLIN 0002: The contractor shall furnish 30 each parts kits, containing all items contained in CLIN 0001 NSN except image intensifier tubes, FOB Holloman AFB, NM, no later than 16 September 2007. Quote for this line item shall contain list of all items included in kit. No substitutions or alternatives may be submitted for consideration. Offers are due no later than 1700 MDST, 6 August 2007, and must be sent to the Point of Contact (POC). Quote prices must indicate quantity of material or parts, unit price, and extended amount.
