The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2007-05-31. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 5963 and the size standard is 100 employees. NAICS is 421430. The 412 Test Engineering Group (TENG)/Instrumentation Division, C-17 Program has a requirement for the following items: 8-channel ARINC on PCMCIA- APM429-8, Bus Analyzer Software ? PAA429, APM 1553 ? 1533 Interface, Bus Software Package ? PBA2000-SS, SCSI-III Cable Assembly ? ACB-M-429-8, ACB-M1-F-T-M, upgraded cable assembly and other cable assemblies that support each assembly. The APM429 PC card offers full function test, simulation, monitoring and databus analyzer capabilities for ARINC429 applications and has 4 (2 Tx/2 Rx), 8 (4 Tx/4 Rx) or 16 (8 Tx/8 Rx) channels. In addition, the APM 429 supports up to 8 discrete input/output signals to be monitored or generated. An on-board IRIG-B time code decoder and generator allows users to accurately synchronize single or multiple APM 429 modules to a common time source. The APM429 module operates with the optional PAA-429 databus analyzer software and with ParaView, the parameter visualizer software for Windows 2000/XP. A common application programming interface (API) supports all AIM ARINC 429 modules. The PAA-429 is a powerful Windows-based multiple channel ARINC429 Databus Analyzer and Systems Integration software package for use with AIM?s ARINC429 modules. An intuitive graphical user interface provides the ability to easily setup complex ARINC429 channels concurrently and independently using multiple Windows. External applications can be interfaced to the PAA-429 software using the ?Remote Control Interface? or by directly using the application interface functions concurrently with PAA-429 software. A single PAA-429 instance can support the test and integration of up to 32 ARINC429 channels per board. Multiple boards of the PAA-429 supports a greater number of channels. The PAA-429-NET is optionally available to support the new Network Solutions family of Databus Analyzers, which allows multiple users connected via an ethernet network. Key features include: Windows 98/NT/ME/2000/XP interface, Up to 32 Software Programmable Tx/Rx Channels, Unique Configuration Files for each Channel per board, Up to 8 boards, System Status Display for Quick-Look Analysis and Control, Real-Time Recording from Multiple ARINC429 Channels to PC hard disk, Synchronized Physical Bus Replay accurately reconstructs recordings, Full Error Injection and Detection, IRIG-B Time Correlation across ARINC429 channels and boards, Save/Load Screen Layouts and Project Files, Remote setup using ASCII Files, Optional Client/Server based PAA-NET-X for remote control via a LAN and Optional ParaView Software for Parameter Display, Control and Post Analysis. The APM1553 PC card offers full function test, simulation, monitoring and recording for MIL-STD-1553A/B applications on a single PC Card (PCMCIA Type II). The multi-function APM1553 provides concurrent Bus Controller functions, and multi-remote terminal functions (31), all with a Mailbox Monitor and Chronological Monitor. The single function APM1553 card operates either as a Bus Controller or Multi-Remote Terminal (31) with a Mailbox Monitor or Chronological Monitor and Mailbox Monitor. Both versions offer both transformer and direct coupling to the databus. Key Features: Robust and Low Power PC Card (PCMCIA, Type II) for MIL-STD-1553; Hot plug capability; Ruggedized (screw-locked type) SCSI-III connector; Single stream, dual redundant implementation; Concurrent Bus Controller, 31 Remote Terminals and Bus Monitor; Full Error Injection/Detection capability; Multi-Level Triggering for Capturing/Filtering; IRIG-B Time Decoder for Data Correlation; Real-Time Recording and Physical Bus Reply at 100% Bus Loads; 8-bi-directional Discrete I/O signals; Drivers for Windows 2000/XP, Linux, LabVIEW/Vis and LabWIN/CVIs included; Powerful PBA-2000 Databus Analyzer Software and ParaView Parameter Visualizer Software available; Software compatible with AIM?s family of PC104+, PMC, PCI, CompactPCI, VME and VXI MIL-STD-1553 Cards The PBA-2000 is a powerful Windows based MIL-STD-1553A/B Databus Analyzer and Systems Integration software package for use with AIM?s MIL-STD-1553A/B modules. An intuitive graphical user interface provides the ability to easily setup complex Bus Controller, Multiple Remote Terminals, Bus Monitoring, Bus Recording and Physical Bus Replay functions. All operations can be performed concurrently using multiple Windows. External custom applications, including Real-Time BC or RT simulations can be interfaced to the PBA-2000 Software using the ?Remote Control Interface.? The PBA-2000 can support the test and integration of up to 16 dual redundant MIL-STD-1553A/B buses in a single PC system. The PBA-NET is optionally available to support the new Network Solutions family of Databus Analyzers which allows multiple users to be connected via an Ethernet network.
