This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2CFKC7193A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0314 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0327. Quotes are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis. Specifications must be submitted if quoting on or equal items. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335212 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of a King Cobra 1200 Portable Extractor and Rotovac 360 tile carpet machine OR EQUAL. Pricing shall be FOB destination. For Kenny Headquarters, Bldg 2043, 650 Hangar Ave. Hickam AFB, HI 96853 with the following requirements: CLIN 0001: King Cobra 1200 Portable Extractor and Rotovac 360 tile carpet machine OR EQUAL Quantity: 2 Ea. This requirement is for the item(s) described above. Offeror must ensure the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Nov 2006) (this must be completed on http://orca.bpn.gov), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun 2005), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance Payment Program Certificate (Jun 2005) is included with the quotation.
