Description: Project No. ZNRE 08/09/10/11/12-1103, Roof/Siding (IDIQ), Yokota Air Base & Off-Base Sites. This project is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract to repair/replace roofs/sidings at Yokota Air Base and its remote sites. The performance period is Basic Year (1 Nov 07 or the date of award - 31 Oct 08) plus four (4) Option Years (1 Nov 08 - 31 Oct 09, 1 Nov 09 - 31 Oct 10, 1 Nov 10 - 31 Oct 11, 1 Nov 11 - 31 Oct 12). The Pre-Proposal Orientation is scheduled on 9 Aug 07, from 1000 hours at 374th Contracting Squadron (Bldg 620), Yokota Air Base. Please make sure to contact the POC and receive the solicitation documents before the date of the orientation. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES, WHICH NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN.
