- Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Oregon Air National Guard at Portland (PANG) announces its intent to sole source a special imprint climbing wall for use/practice by a special tactics unit. PANG intends to award a purchase order/delivery order t o Entre-Prises USA Inc This announcement constitutes the only notice given. If you/your company can supply the same quality/type/brand as noted below, then you may contact the contracting officer listed at the bottom of this posting with your full specific ations by the end of the notice period listed at the bottom of this notice for possible consideration. The solicitation/notice number W912JV-07-T-4013 is being issued to document this notice and subsequent award. This notice and incorporated provisions an d clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The closest approximate NAICS code is 423910 and the small business size standard is 100 employees . The most closely approximated SIC is: 3949. The most approximated FSC is: 7830. 0001 Design, production, delivery, and installation of a climbing wall in bldg 365 at Portland, OR 97218-2797. The wall must allow for the possibility of being moved at a future time with minimal to no damage. Additionally, the wall material should be a ble to withstand being re-assembled outdoors (multiple times). The wall will consist of the following types of materials and labor categories (for installation to an already prepared surface provided by the Government: Measures approximately 20 ft x 20 ft, with a total area of about 386 ft?, with approximate surface a rea of 483 ft?, must accommodate four climbers at one time; imprint panels, plywood top deck platform, platform framing, modular holds, substructure, design/shop drawings, engineering, project administration, contract administration, shipping/handling/crat ing, crew, crew/installer expenses REFERENCE F8TTST7180A001 Brand names may be used in this notice of intent and are meant to assist in being descriptive or to give cross-reference information and/or are intended due to intent to go sole source or brand name in the procurement process. . Award of this requireme nt will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
