THE ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION IS 6 AUG 2007. THIS IS AN ESTIMATED DATE ONLY AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. No information, technical or otherwise, will be released until the solicitation is issued. The proposed purchase order will include a 100 percent option. FOB is Destination. This is a commercial ly available piece of equipment. This will be issued as a full and open competitive buy. DFARS 252.211-7003 (UID) and DFARS 252.211-7006 (RFID) will apply.
