- This requirement is for a three (3) year Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract for the Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) AN/TSQ-221 and TAIS Airspace Work Stations AN/FSQ-211. This requirement will be solicited using other than full a nd open competition and negotiated on sole source basis. The Government does not have rights to a technical data package including engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The data needed to procure these services is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. The only known source is General Dynamic the TAIS OEM. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for so licitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
